The HYSF COIL-WP is a **successfully customized coiled waterproof plug assembly** engineered for dynamic underwater applications requiring compact storage and extended reach. Featuring **dual brass pin connectors** (gold-plated for low resistance) overmolded in **black polyurethane (PU)**, it connects via a **high-elastic spiral cable** that extends 3–5 times its coiled length without kinking or fatigue.

The robust **PU spiral jacket** provides excellent abrasion, oil, and UV resistance while maintaining flexibility from -20°C to 80°C. Each end includes a **stainless steel coupling nut** and **double O-ring seal** for IP68 waterproofing under mated conditions. Pressure-rated to **30 MPa (4351 PSI / ~3000 m depth)**, with optional 60 MPa variants. The coiled design reduces snag risk and enables tidy ROV tool storage.

This retractable waterproof plug was developed for manipulator tools, portable sensors, and diver-held devices.
