The HYSF DLSA-F is a dedicated female locking dummy cap that securely seals and protects exposed male high-current bulkhead connectors from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its black delrin body with threaded locking sleeve provides a robust mechanical barrier with no electrical connection.
Precision-molded from high-strength, UV-resistant delrin (POM) with integrated O-ring seal and captive threaded locking ring. The knurled grip enables easy hand-installation even with thick gloves.
Essential for maintaining system integrity on high-current male ports when temporarily unmated, preventing contamination in harsh subsea environments. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating.
