HYSF DLSD-F is a heavy-duty female locking sleeve with integrated dummy cap. Protects all standard-size female bulkhead and inline connectors (BH2F to BH16F, MCBF series) during deployment and storage. Delrin construction, 33 mm length, full ocean depth rated.
The HYSF DLSD-F is a **female locking sleeve dummy cap** combining the standard locking sleeve function with a sealed protective cover in one robust unit. Precision-machined from black Delrin (POM) acetal resin, it screws directly onto any female bulkhead (BH2F–BH16F) or inline female connector, providing both mechanical locking and full environmental protection.
Unlike standard metal locking sleeves, the DLSD-F features an integrated closed-end cap that prevents marine growth, silt ingress, and contact damage when connectors are unmated underwater or on deck. Rated to **7000 m depth** thanks to its non-corrosive, high-strength polymer construction and O-ring sealed thread interface.
Direct replacement for Subconn® DLSD-F, widely used by ROV teams, oceanographic institutes, and offshore operators to maintain connector integrity during long-term deployment. Lightweight, corrosion-free, and easy to install even with gloved hands.
