The HYSF DLSE02-M is a dedicated male locking dummy cap with innovative split petal design that securely seals and protects exposed female split petal connectors from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its black delrin body with protruding dummy pins and threaded locking sleeve provides a complete pressure-tight mechanical barrier with no electrical connection.
Precision-molded from high-strength, UV-resistant delrin (POM) with integrated O-ring seal and captive threaded locking ring. The split petal structure allows easy installation even in confined spaces or with limited access.
Essential for maintaining system integrity on female split petal ports when temporarily unmated, preventing contamination in harsh subsea environments. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating.
