HYSF DLSYXM is a compact round male locking dummy cap with delrin body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, dedicated for protecting unused female round ports on ultra-small series connectors in micro-ROVs, miniature AUVs and compact deepsea systems up to 6000 m.
The HYSF DLSYXM is a dedicated male locking dummy cap that fully seals and protects open female round ultra-small receptacles from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its black delrin body with protruding dummy pins and threaded locking sleeve creates a complete pressure-tight mechanical barrier with no electrical connection.
Precision-molded from high-strength, UV-resistant delrin (POM) with integrated O-ring seal and captive threaded locking ring. The knurled grip enables easy hand-installation even with thick gloves.
Critical for safeguarding ultra-small round connector ports when temporarily unmated, preventing contamination in harsh subsea environments. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating.
