HYSF HV-SENSOR-Custom is a private series of 1-pin or 2-pin high-voltage (5000V) sensor penetrators rated to 40 MPa (5800 PSI). Metal+polymer hybrid, red overmolded leads, supplied in protective aluminum cases for deepsea pressure/temperature probes, CTDs, and ROV instrumentation.
The HYSF HV-SENSOR-Custom series is a proprietary batch of high-voltage, high-pressure sensor penetrators developed exclusively for deep-ocean scientific instruments. Available in 1-pin (single-ended) or 2-pin (differential) configurations, each unit is rated to 5000V DC and pressure-tested to 40 MPa (5800 PSI / ~4000 m). The hybrid construction combines a precision-machined stainless steel bulkhead with glass-sealed or epoxy-potted insulators, terminated in bright-red silicone-jacketed flying leads for easy identification and strain relief.
Designed for integration into pressure housings of CTDs, ADCPs, pH probes, and custom ROV sensor packages, these penetrators ensure zero-leakage electrical feed-through under full ocean depth. Each piece is individually serial-numbered, 100% helium leak-tested, and delivered in a dedicated foam-lined aluminum flight case for safe transport and field deployment.
This private customization enables mixed voltage/current ratings within the same physical envelope, with optional M10/M12 mounting threads and customer-specific lead lengths. ISO9001-2015 certified, batch-proven in 4000 m+ oceanographic missions.
