The HYSF LPMBH/IL4M/F Micro is a successfully customized micro underwater connector with a low-profile square flange and integrated 4-pin right-angle inline design. Engineered with **three redundant O-ring seals** (face, radial, and axial) for triple-redundant waterproofing—perfect for mission-critical miniature ROV control modules, AUV sensor interfaces, and compact deepsea instruments where failure is not an option.

Precision-machined from marine-grade aluminum (anodized) or optional titanium, with gold-plated brass contacts and red PTFE-insulated flying leads. The triple-seal architecture exceeds standard IP68 requirements and has been pressure-tested to 10,000 PSI (689 Bar), ensuring zero leakage at full ocean depth (>6000 m). Flange includes four M3 mounting holes for secure panel integration.

This micro flange connector was developed for extreme size constraints while maintaining maximum sealing reliability.
