HYSF MCBH10M is a miniature 10-pin male bulkhead connector with Ø15.7 mm body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for ultra-high-density micro-ROVs, AUV multi-sensor hubs, 1000BASE-T + power feedthroughs, and compact deepsea instrumentation up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCBH10M packs an industry-leading 10 electrical channels into the same ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm Micro envelope, making it the highest-density male bulkhead connector available under 20 mm diameter. With only 31.7 mm mated length, it is perfect for the most space-constrained Gigabit Ethernet + power or multi-sensor penetrations.
Precision-machined from marine-grade 316L stainless steel with gold-plated brass pins, double O-ring sealing, and includes hex nut + washer for reliable panel mounting. Pre-terminated with 10 color-coded PTFE leads for straightforward internal wiring.
Ideal for advanced observation-class ROVs, deep-rated multi-sensor pods, Ethernet + power distribution panels, and compact AUV pressure housings. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100% hyperbaric testing.
