The HYSF MCBH2F is a miniature 2-core female bulkhead underwater connector designed for compact, high-reliability subsea pressure housings. With an ultra-slim Ø15.7 mm body and 27.5 mm mated length, it provides secure electrical feedthrough in space-constrained systems such as micro-ROVs, AUV sensor pods, and deepsea instruments.
Precision-machined from marine-grade stainless steel with gold-plated brass contacts, it features double O-ring sealing and includes hex nut plus washer for panel mounting. Pressure-resistant to 60 MPa (~6000 m depth) with pre-terminated color-coded PTFE leads (red/black) for easy internal wiring.
This miniature bulkhead connector is part of the HYSF MCBH series, fully compatible with industry-standard Subconn Micro designs. Ideal for high-density bulkhead layouts where minimal footprint is essential. ISO9001-2015 certified and hyperbaric-tested for mission-critical deployments.
