HYSF MCBH8F is a miniature 8-pin female bulkhead underwater connector with Ø15.7 mm body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, ideal for high-density micro-ROVs, AUV pressure housings, Gigabit Ethernet feedthroughs, and compact deepsea bulkhead ports up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCBH8F delivers eight independent channels in the same ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm envelope as the 6-pin series, making it the highest-density connector in the Micro family. With only 27.5 mm mated length, it is perfect for space-critical applications requiring Gigabit Ethernet, multiple sensors, or high-channel-count power distribution.
Precision-machined from marine-grade 316L stainless steel with gold-plated brass contacts, it features double O-ring sealing and includes hex nut plus washer for reliable panel mounting. Pressure-rated to 60 MPa (~6000 m) with color-coded PTFE leads for straightforward internal wiring.
Fully compatible with industry-standard Subconn Micro 8-pin series. Widely used in advanced observation-class ROVs, deep-rated camera systems, Ethernet backbones, and multi-function sensor pods. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100% hyperbaric testing.
