HYSF MCBH8M is a miniature 8-pin male bulkhead underwater connector with Ø15.7 mm body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, perfect for high-density micro-ROVs, AUV pressure housings, Gigabit Ethernet feedthroughs, and compact deepsea bulkhead ports up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCBH8M packs eight independent channels into the same ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm footprint as the rest of the Micro series, delivering the highest pin density available in this size class. With only 21.5 mm mated length, it is the go-to solution for space-constrained applications requiring Gigabit Ethernet, multi-sensor integration, or high-channel power distribution.
Precision-machined from marine-grade 316L stainless steel with gold-plated brass pins, it features double O-ring sealing and includes hex nut plus washer for secure panel mounting. Pressure-rated to 60 MPa (~6000 m) with 8 color-coded PTFE leads for easy internal wiring.
Fully compatible with industry-standard Subconn Micro 8-pin series. Ideal for advanced observation ROVs, deep-rated camera systems, Ethernet backbones, and multi-function sensor pods. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100% hyperbaric testing.
