HYSF MCBHRA6F is a 90-degree right-angled 6-pin female bulkhead connector with Ø15.7 mm body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, ideal for space-constrained ROV enclosures, AUV sidewall ports, and high-density subsea control modules up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCBHRA6F offers a compact right-angled 6-core female bulkhead solution for the most demanding underwater installations. Its 90-degree socket orientation reduces axial protrusion by over 65% compared to straight versions, enabling flush mounting on curved or crowded pressure vessel walls.
Constructed from 316L stainless steel with gold-plated socket contacts, it incorporates dual dynamic O-rings and a 16 mm threaded body secured by an anti-rotation ring. Total height of 39 mm includes pre-soldered PTFE leads exiting perpendicular to the panel for zero-stress internal routing.
Specifically developed for lateral penetrations in observation-class ROVs, compact sonar housings, multi-sensor clusters, and battery pod interfaces where space is at a premium. ISO9001-2015 certified with 1000-cycle mating durability under full pressure.
