HYSF MCDC12F is a compact 12-pin female dummy plug with tapered PU body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, specifically designed for sealing unused male 12-pin ports on ultra-high-density micro-ROVs, AUV multi-sensor panels, Gigabit Ethernet + multi-power ports and deepsea instrumentation up to 6000m.

The HYSF MCDC12F is the highest-density female dummy plug in the Micro series, reliably protecting exposed male 12-pin connectors from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its conical black polyurethane body (123 mm total length, Ø15.7 mm max) inserts directly into MCIL12M or MCBH12M ports, forming a full-pressure mechanical seal with zero electrical connection.
Injection-molded from high-durometer UV-stabilized PU with embedded stainless steel retention clip and integrated 2 mm tether loop. Triple internal O-rings lock securely onto the host connector shoulder while the large hex grip enables easy hand-tightening even with thick gloves.
Essential for maintaining system integrity on maximum-channel-count Gigabit-Ethernet + multi-power systems, deep-rated sensor arrays, battery packs and complex payloads when ports are temporarily unmated. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating and 500-hour UV resistance.
