HYSF MCDC12M is a low-profile 12-pin male dummy plug with tapered PU cap. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, dedicated for protecting unused female 12-pin ports on maximum-density Gigabit-Ethernet + multi-power ROVs, AUV sensor panels, deepsea switch modules and high-channel instrumentation up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCDC12M is the highest-density male dummy plug in the Micro series, designed to fully seal and protect open female 12-pin receptacles in the harshest subsea environments. Its streamlined black polyurethane cap slides over MCIL12F or MCBH12F ports, creating a complete pressure-tight barrier with no electrical connection.
Molded from abrasion-resistant, UV-stabilized PU with integrated stainless steel tether eye and triple internal O-rings. The large hex grip enables tool-free installation even with gloved hands, while the captive tether eye prevents loss during ROV operations.
Critical for safeguarding maximum-channel-count Gigabit-Ethernet + multi-power ports, deepsea camera housings, high-density sensor arrays and battery modules from biofouling and debris. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa over-pressure validation and 2000-hour salt-spray resistance.
