Product Description

The HYSF MCDC21F is the highest pin-count female dummy plug ever produced, reliably protecting exposed male 21-pin connectors from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its conical black polyurethane body (Ø15.7 mm max) inserts directly into MCIL21M or MCBH21M ports, forming a full-pressure mechanical seal with zero electrical connection.

Injection-molded from high-durometer UV-stabilized PU with embedded stainless steel retention clip and integrated 2 mm tether loop. Triple internal O-rings lock securely onto the host connector shoulder while the large hex grip enables easy hand-tightening even with thick gloves.

Essential for maintaining system integrity on ultimate-channel-count Gigabit-Ethernet + multi-power systems, deep-rated sensor arrays, battery packs and complex payloads when ports are temporarily unmated. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating and 500-hour UV resistance.
