IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, dedicated for protecting unused female 21-pin ports on ultimate-density Gigabit-Ethernet + extreme multi-power ROVs, AUV sensor panels, deepsea switch modules and ultra-high-channel instrumentation up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCDC21M is the highest pin-count male dummy plug ever produced, designed to fully seal and protect open female 21-pin receptacles in the most extreme subsea environments. Its streamlined black polyurethane cap slides over MCIL21F or MCBH21F ports, creating a complete pressure-tight barrier with no electrical connection.
Molded from abrasion-resistant, UV-stabilized PU with integrated stainless steel tether eye and triple internal O-rings. The large hex grip enables tool-free installation even with gloved hands, while the captive tether eye prevents loss during ROV operations.
Critical for safeguarding ultimate-channel-count Gigabit-Ethernet + multi-power ports, deepsea camera housings, extreme-density sensor arrays and battery modules from biofouling and debris. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa over-pressure validation and 2000-hour salt-spray resistance.
