HYSF MCDC2F is a compact 2-pin female dummy plug with tapered PU body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for sealing unused male ports on micro-ROVs, AUV junction boxes, and deepsea instrumentation up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCDC2F functions as a precision miniature 2-core female dummy plug created to shield exposed male connectors from harsh subsea conditions. Its conical polyurethane body (49 mm length, Ø15.7 mm max) inserts into MCIL2M or MCBH2M pins, establishing a robust environmental barrier without signal transmission.
Injection-molded from high-durometer black PU with embedded stainless steel retention clip, it employs dual internal O-rings that lock onto the host connector's shoulder. The 25 mm hex grip enables secure hand-tightening, while the integrated tether loop accepts 2 mm lanyards to prevent loss during operations.
Critical for maintaining system integrity on observation ROVs, deep-rated battery packs, and underwater lighting arrays when ports are temporarily disconnected. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst pressure validation and 500-hour UV resistance.
