HYSF MCDC2M is a low-profile 2-pin male dummy connector with tapered PU cap. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for micro-ROV port protection, AUV sensor blanking, and compact subsea dummy sealing up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCDC2M serves as a dedicated miniature 2-core male dummy plug engineered to safeguard unused female ports in high-pressure underwater systems. Its streamlined tapered polyurethane cap (48.5 mm length, Ø15.7 mm max) slides over standard MCIL2F or MCBH2F receptacles, forming a complete pressure barrier without electrical connection.
Molded from abrasion-resistant black PU with integrated stainless steel tether eye, it features dual internal O-rings that engage the host connector's sealing surface. The 7 mm grip section enables tool-free installation even with gloved hands, while the captive tether prevents loss during ROV operations.
Essential for protecting open ports on micro-submersibles, deepsea camera housings, and sensor arrays from biofouling and debris. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa over-pressure validation and 2000-hour salt spray resistance.
