HYSF MCDC6F is a compact 6-pin female dummy plug with tapered PU body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for sealing unused male ports on micro-ROVs, AUV junction boxes, and deepsea instrumentation up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCDC6F is a precision miniature 6-core female dummy plug engineered to protect exposed male connectors from harsh subsea environments. Its conical polyurethane body (78 mm total length, Ø15.7 mm max) inserts directly into MCIL6M or MCBH6M pins, creating a reliable pressure-tight seal without any electrical connection.
Injection-molded from high-durometer black PU with embedded stainless steel retention clip, it utilizes triple internal O-rings that snap onto the host connector's shoulder. The 25 mm hex grip allows secure hand-tightening, and the integrated tether loop accepts 2 mm lanyards to prevent loss during operations.
Essential for maintaining system integrity on observation ROVs, deep-rated battery packs, Ethernet-enabled payloads, and multi-sensor arrays when ports are disconnected. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst pressure validation and 500-hour UV resistance.
