HYSF MCDC8F is a compact 8-pin female dummy plug with tapered PU body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, specifically designed for sealing unused male 8-pin ports on high-density micro-ROVs, AUV junction boxes, Gigabit Ethernet panels and deepsea instrumentation up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCDC8F is a precision 8-core female dummy plug that reliably protects exposed male 8-pin connectors from seawater, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its conical black polyurethane body (79 mm total length, Ø15.7 mm max) inserts directly into MCIL8M or MCBH8M ports, forming a full-pressure seal without any electrical connection.
Injection-molded from high-durometer UV-stabilized PU with embedded stainless steel retention clip and integrated 2 mm tether loop. Triple internal O-rings snap securely onto the host connector shoulder, while the 25 mm hex grip allows easy hand-tightening even with thick gloves.
Essential for maintaining system integrity on Gigabit-Ethernet-equipped ROVs, multi-sensor arrays, deep-rated battery packs and high-channel-count payloads when ports are temporarily disconnected. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating and 500-hour UV resistance.
