The HYSF MCDLS-F is a dedicated male locking dummy cap that securely seals and protects exposed female coaxial receptacles from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its black delrin body with protruding dummy pin and threaded locking sleeve provides a complete pressure-tight mechanical barrier with no electrical connection.
Precision-molded from high-strength, UV-resistant delrin (POM) with integrated O-ring seal and captive threaded locking ring. Compact design with knurled grip for easy hand-installation.
Essential for maintaining coaxial system integrity when ports are temporarily unmated, preventing contamination in harsh subsea environments. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating.
