Product Description

The HYSF MCDLS-F delivers a rugged miniature locking cap purpose-built to isolate and protect exposed female micro connectors in demanding subsea environments. Its Ø22.6 mm hard-anodized aluminum shell screws directly onto MCIL2F or MCBH2F females, creating a sealed barrier that prevents debris ingress and accidental mating.

Featuring a deep-knurled grip zone and internal M16x1.5 thread, it achieves full engagement in just 3 turns. A molded-in polyurethane bumper cushions the connector face, while the 41.5 mm overall length maintains low profile on crowded bulkheads. Optional split-ring tether available for permanent attachment.

Used extensively on inspection-class ROV sensor heads, deepsea camera mounts, and subsea control pods to lock out ports during storage or transport. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1500-cycle thread durability.
