HYSF MCDLS-M is a robust threaded locking cap with split-ring tether. Ø22.6 mm aluminum body, IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for securing MCIL2M/MCBH2M male ports on ROVs, AUVs, and deepsea equipment up to 6000m.

The HYSF MCDLS-M is a precision-engineered locking cap specifically crafted to provide positive mechanical closure for exposed male micro connectors in underwater systems. Its knurled Ø22.6 mm hard-anodized aluminum body threads directly onto MCIL2M or MCBH2M males, delivering a metal-to-metal seal that prevents accidental unmating.
Incorporating a captive stainless steel split-ring (Ø9 mm ID), the cap remains tethered to the host connector during removal, eliminating FOD risk. The internal face seal engages the connector shoulder, while the 1.5 mm pitch thread ensures 3+ turns of engagement for vibration-resistant hold in high-flow environments.
Deployed on work-class ROV manipulators, deepsea lander frames, and subsea tool skids to lock critical interfaces during transit or standby. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa proof pressure and 1000-cycle torque endurance.
