HYSF MCIL10F is an ultra-compact 10-pin female inline cable connector with Ø15.7 mm PU overmold. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, perfect for Gigabit Ethernet + power tethers, high-density micro-ROV umbilicals, AUV multi-sensor chains, and deepsea inline splicing up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCIL10F delivers an industry-leading 10 channels in the same Ø15.7 mm Micro envelope, providing the highest pin density available in any inline connector under 20 mm. Its 28 mm hex grip and tapered nose ensure fast, reliable mating even in the tightest spaces.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass sockets, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane with integrated strain relief. Pre-terminated with 10 × 24 AWG color-coded PTFE leads. Fully supports 1000BASE-T Ethernet (using two shielded twisted pairs) while leaving 6 pins for power or additional sensors.
Ideal for next-generation observation-class ROVs, deepsea instrumentation, and Ethernet + power payloads where minimum diameter and maximum channel count are critical. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
