The HYSF MCIL12M achieves the absolute maximum of 12 channels in the ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm Micro envelope — the highest pin density ever in any male wet-mate inline connector under 20 mm. Its compact 19 mm hex grip and threaded locking sleeve guarantee secure mating even in extremely confined spaces.

Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass pins, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane with integrated strain relief. Pre-terminated with 12 color-coded PTFE leads. Fully supports 1000BASE-T Ethernet (two shielded twisted pairs) plus 8 additional pins for power or sensors.

Perfect for next-generation observation-class ROVs, deepsea instrumentation, and Ethernet + multi-power payloads where minimum diameter and maximum channel count are non-negotiable. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
