The HYSF MCIL25F achieves the absolute limit of the Micro series — an unprecedented 25 channels inside the ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm envelope, making it the highest pin-count wet-mate inline connector ever produced under 20 mm. Its 30 mm hex grip and tapered nose ensure fast, reliable mating even in extremely confined spaces.

Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass sockets, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane with integrated strain relief. Pre-terminated with 25 color-coded PTFE leads. Supports 1000BASE-T Ethernet (two shielded twisted pairs) while leaving 21 pins for high-power or additional sensors.
