Product Description

The HYSF MCIL2M is a **miniature 2-core male inline underwater connector** designed for compact, high-reliability subsea applications. With an ultra-slim **Ø15.7 mm** body and **19 mm** mating length, it delivers robust power/signal transmission in space-constrained systems such as micro-ROVs, AUV sensor modules, and deepsea instrumentation.

Precision-machined from **marine-grade stainless steel** with **gold-plated brass contacts**, it features **double O-ring sealing** and **PU overmolding** for IP68 waterproofing and pressure resistance up to **60 MPa (~6000 m depth)**. Pre-terminated with **color-coded PTFE leads** (red/black), it ensures easy integration and low contact resistance (<5 mΩ).

This miniature connector is part of the HYSF MCIL series, fully compatible with industry-standard Subconn® Micro designs. Ideal for high-density cable runs where size and weight are critical. ISO9001-2015 certified and hyperbaric-tested for mission-critical deployments.
