Product Description

The HYSF MCIL5F is a miniature 5-core female inline connector designed for seamless cable-to-cable integration in high-pressure underwater systems. Its compact Ø15.7 mm polyurethane overmold with 25 mm grip section enables easy handling and secure mating in tight spaces such as ROV control tethers and AUV sensor chains.

Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass sockets, fully encapsulated in black PU with integrated strain relief. Pre-terminated with 5 × 24 AWG PTFE leads (red/black/white/blue/yellow) for direct splicing, while the tapered nose ensures self-aligning insertion into MCBH5M or MCIL5M males.

Optimized for inline extensions in observation-class ROVs, deepsea instrumentation, and subsea lighting arrays where minimal diameter and maximum flexibility are critical. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
