Product Description

The HYSF MCIL5M is a miniature 5-core male inline connector engineered for reliable cable-to-cable connections in high-pressure underwater environments. Its slim Ø15.7 mm polyurethane overmold with 19 mm grip section ensures easy handling and robust mating in confined spaces such as ROV control lines and AUV sensor networks.

Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass pins, fully encapsulated in black PU with integrated strain relief. Pre-terminated with 5 × 24 AWG PTFE leads (red/black/white/blue/yellow) for direct splicing, while the threaded locking sleeve ensures secure engagement with MCBH5F or MCIL5F females.

Designed for inline extensions in observation-class ROVs, deepsea instrumentation, and subsea lighting systems where minimal diameter and high flexibility are essential. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
