Product Description

The HYSF MCIL8F is the highest-density female inline connector in the Micro series, delivering eight independent channels in the same ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm envelope. Its 25 mm hex grip and tapered nose enable fast, reliable mating even in tight spaces, making it ideal for Gigabit Ethernet extensions, multi-sensor chains, and complex ROV control umbilicals.

Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass sockets, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane with integrated strain relief. Pre-terminated with 8 × 24 AWG PTFE leads (8-color coded) for direct splicing. Fully supports 1000BASE-T Ethernet using two shielded twisted pairs.

Optimized for high-channel-count applications in observation-class ROVs, deepsea instrumentation, and Ethernet-ready payloads where minimal diameter and maximum flexibility are critical. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
