The HYSF MCIL8M-Coiled is a fully customized 8-pin underwater cable assembly featuring dual inline male connectors (MCIL) joined by a high-flex coiled polyurethane jacket. Designed for dynamic subsea applications, the coil extends smoothly under tension and retracts to minimize slack—perfect for ROV umbilical management, portable sensor systems, and space-constrained deepsea tools.

Built with marine-grade polyurethane overmolding, gold-plated brass contacts, and reinforced strain relief, it ensures reliable AC/DC transmission in harsh saltwater environments. Rated IP68 and pressure-tested to 10,000 PSI (689 Bar), it supports dependable operation at depths beyond 6000 meters with full mating compatibility to Subconn® MCBH/MCIL series.

This stretchable coiled solution was engineered to client specifications for reduced tangling, easy storage, and dynamic reach.
