HYSF MCIL8M is a miniature 8-pin male inline cable connector with Ø15.7 mm PU overmold. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, perfect for Gigabit Ethernet tethers, high-density micro-ROV umbilicals, AUV sensor chains, and compact subsea inline splicing up to 6000m.

The HYSF MCIL8M is the highest-density male inline connector in the Micro series, delivering eight independent channels in an ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm envelope. Its 19 mm hex grip and threaded locking sleeve ensure secure mating even in confined spaces, making it the preferred choice for Gigabit Ethernet extensions, multi-sensor networks, and complex ROV control lines.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass pins, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane with integrated strain relief. Pre-terminated with 8 × 24 AWG PTFE leads (8-color coded) for direct splicing. Fully supports 1000BASE-T Ethernet using two shielded twisted pairs.
Optimized for high-channel-count applications in observation-class ROVs, deepsea instrumentation, and Ethernet-ready payloads where minimal diameter and maximum flexibility are essential. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
