HYSF MCLRA2M is an ultra-compact right-angle (L-angle) 2-pin male inline cable connector with Ø15.7 mm PU overmold. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, perfect for high-current thruster power, lighting or sensor connections in extremely space-constrained micro-ROVs, AUV thruster pods and tight-bend deepsea umbilicals up to 6000m.
The HYSF MCLRA2M delivers a true 90-degree right-angle exit in the smallest possible Micro envelope, allowing clean cable routing where straight connectors simply cannot fit. Only 38 mm total mated length with integrated low-profile PU bend relief.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass pins, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane. Pre-terminated with 2 × 18 AWG PTFE leads. Ideal for high-power thrusters, LED floodlights, or simple sensor feeds in the most confined installations.
Extensively used on observation-class ROVs, compact AUVs, drop cameras and tooling skids where space behind the connector is severely limited. ISO9001-2015 certified with 1000+ mating cycles and full ocean depth rating.
