The HYSF MICRO-3P-70MPa is a **successfully customized micro waterproof connector** engineered for extreme deepwater applications. Featuring **3 gold-plated pins** in a **Ø12 mm ultra-compact body**, it combines a **316L stainless steel bulkhead** with a **chloroprene rubber (Neoprene/CR) overmolded plug** for superior flexibility, abrasion resistance, and chemical stability in saltwater.

Pressure-rated to **70 MPa (10,152 PSI / ~7000 m depth)**, it uses **double O-ring sealing** (face + radial) and **epoxy-potted contacts** for zero leakage under full ocean crush. The Neoprene plug ensures smooth mating/unmating even in cold, high-pressure conditions. Red PTFE flying leads on the bulkhead side allow direct PCB soldering.

This mini 3-pin solution was developed for space-constrained subsea electronics requiring high reliability. HYSF offers full customization in pin count (2–4), current rating, thread size, and lead configuration. ISO9001-2015 certified and hyperbaric-tested for 7000m+ missions.
