HYSF Mini-SEAL-3P is a compact sealed aluminum housing with integrated 3-pin watertight connector. Rated to 40 MPa (5,800 PSI), ideal for ROV electronics, AUV sensor modules, and miniature subsea instruments up to 4000m.
The HYSF Mini-SEAL-3P is a successfully customized miniature sealed underwater housing precision-machined from marine-grade aluminum with a robust bolted lid and O-ring seal. Featuring a pre-installed 3-pin gold-plated watertight connector for power and signal, it's engineered for ultra-compact ROV control boards, AUV sensor payloads, and deepsea data loggers where size and weight are critical.
The housing includes multiple top-mounted M3/M4 threaded inserts for secure internal PCB mounting and external fixture attachment. Anodized for corrosion resistance and pressure-tested to 40 MPa (5,800 PSI / ~4,000m depth), it ensures full IP68 integrity with redundant sealing. The integrated connector supports AC/DC transmission and mates with standard Subconn® MCIL/MCBH series.
This mini sealed cabin was tailored for space-constrained, high-pressure applications requiring reliable electronics protection.
