The HYSF SF33M-HSCF is a dedicated female internal thread protective dummy cap that securely seals and protects exposed male hybrid 2-optical + 2-electrical receptacles from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its precision-machined body with internal thread and integrated O-ring provides a complete pressure-tight mechanical barrier with no electrical or optical connection.
Constructed from high-strength 316L stainless steel with captive threaded locking and knurled grip for easy hand-installation even with gloves.
Essential for maintaining hybrid photoelectric system integrity on male ports when temporarily unmated, preventing contamination in harsh subsea environments. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating.
