The HYSF SF40M-4S4T-P delivers reliable hybrid 4-optical + 4-electrical connectivity in a robust plug profile with tapered PU overmold, ideal for direct mating to bulkhead receptacles in constrained spaces. Overall length 120 mm with 40 mm diameter and excellent strain relief.

Precision 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated electrical contacts and high-quality optical ferrules, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane. Pre-terminated with hybrid optical/electrical leads.

The preferred solution for underwater lighting + power plugs, high-density ROV sensor connections, hybrid camera feeds and demanding deepsea systems requiring combined multi-channel optical data and substantial electrical power. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
