HYSF SFCOEDC4F is a high-current 4-pin female plug connector with PU overmold. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for Gigabit Ethernet + power transmission in ROVs, high-resolution cameras, Ethernet-enabled thrusters and deepsea hybrid data/power applications up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFCOEDC4F delivers full 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet combined with power in a compact plug profile with tapered PU overmold, ideal for direct mating to bulkhead receptacles in constrained spaces. Only 27.5 mm grip length with robust strain relief.
Precision 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass sockets, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane. Pre-terminated with 4 × mixed AWG PTFE leads (typically 2 power + 2 twisted pairs for Ethernet).
The preferred solution for Ethernet-enabled thruster plugs, high-resolution camera connections with power, hybrid sensor interfaces and demanding subsea systems requiring combined high-speed data and power. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
