HYSF SFCOEIL4F is a high-current 4-pin female inline cable connector with PU overmold. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for Gigabit Ethernet + power tethers in ROVs, high-resolution cameras, Ethernet-enabled thrusters and deepsea hybrid data/power applications up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFCOEIL4F delivers full 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet combined with power in a compact inline profile with tapered PU overmold, enabling reliable hybrid cable termination and splicing in constrained spaces. Only 28 mm grip length with robust strain relief.
Precision 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass sockets, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane. Pre-terminated with 4 × mixed AWG PTFE leads (typically 2 power + 2 twisted pairs for Ethernet).
The preferred solution for Ethernet-enabled thruster umbilicals, high-resolution camera feeds with power, hybrid sensor chains and deepsea hybrid cables requiring high-speed data and power in minimal cross-section. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000+ mating cycles under pressure.
