HYSF SFCXDBH12M is an extreme-density ultra-small 12-pin male bulkhead connector with 24.2×22 mm footprint. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for multi-channel Gigabit Ethernet + power + sensor/actuator feedthroughs in highly constrained micro-ROVs, miniature AUVs, advanced manipulators and ultra-thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFCXDBH12M achieves the highest pin density in the ultra-small series with 12 channels in a compact footprint, providing maximum connectivity where space is critically limited.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel body with gold-plated brass pins, double O-ring sealing, and supplied with stainless mounting nut + washer. Pre-terminated with 12 color-coded PTFE leads. Typical configuration supports dual Gigabit Ethernet (8 pins) + 4 power/sensor lines or single Gigabit + extensive control.
