HYSF SFHPCDBH4M is a high-power 4-pin male bulkhead connector with large body for extreme Gigabit Ethernet + power feedthroughs. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for high-amperage hybrid data/power applications in large ROVs, heavy thrusters, winches and deepsea systems up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFHPCDBH4M delivers full 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet combined with high power in a robust large-diameter bulkhead mount design, ideal for extreme hybrid data + power penetrations in heavy-duty subsea equipment.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel body with gold-plated brass pins, double O-ring sealing, and supplied with stainless mounting nut + washer. Pre-terminated with 4 × heavy-gauge PTFE leads (typically 2 high-power + 2 twisted pairs for Ethernet).
The preferred solution for high-power Ethernet-enabled thruster penetrators, heavy winch ports with data, large hybrid battery interfaces and demanding subsea systems requiring combined high-speed data and substantial power. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100% hyperbaric testing.
