HYSF SFLPBH2M is an ultra-low-profile flat 2-pin male bulkhead connector with 32×17 mm footprint. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for high-current power feedthroughs on space-critical AUVs, micro-ROVs, thruster pods, LED lighting panels and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPBH2M provides 2 high-current channels in the thinnest possible flat profile only 14 mm thick, making it the ideal male power penetrator where panel space and housing thickness are extremely limited.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel body with gold-plated brass pins, double O-ring sealing, and supplied with stainless mounting nut + washer. Pre-terminated with 2 × 16 AWG PTFE leads for maximum current handling.
Perfect for high-power thruster feeds, LED floodlight arrays, battery module penetrators and compact deepsea power distribution where traditional round connectors are too bulky. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100% hyperbaric testing.
