HYSF SFLPBH3M is an ultra-low-profile flat 3-pin male bulkhead connector with 32×17 mm footprint. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for power + RS485/RS232 control feedthroughs on space-critical AUVs, micro-ROVs, pan-tilt units, sonar pods and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPBH3M provides 3 channels in the thinnest possible flat profile only 14 mm thick, making it the ideal male penetrator for combined power + data applications where panel space and housing thickness are extremely limited.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel body with gold-plated brass pins, double O-ring sealing, and supplied with stainless mounting nut + washer. Pre-terminated with 3 × 20 AWG PTFE leads. Commonly configured as 2 power pins + 1 differential pair for RS485/RS232 half-duplex communication.
Perfect for pan-tilt-zoom control, small sonar feeds, actuator power + feedback, and compact deepsea sensor interfaces where traditional round connectors are too bulky. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100% hyperbaric testing.
