HYSF SFLPBH5F is a low-profile flat 5-pin female bulkhead connector with 32×17 mm footprint. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for Gigabit Ethernet + single power/ground feedthroughs on space-critical AUVs, micro-ROVs, flat-panel instrumentation, PTZ cameras and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPBH5F delivers full 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet plus one dedicated power/ground line in an ultra-thin flat profile only 15 mm thick, providing the perfect balance of high-speed data and power in severely space-constrained applications.
Precision-machined 316L stainless steel body with gold-plated brass sockets, double O-ring sealing, and supplied with stainless mounting nut + washer. Pre-terminated with 5 × 24 AWG PTFE leads (4 for Gigabit + 1 power). Supports 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet with excellent signal integrity.
Ideal for high-resolution camera feeds with power, Ethernet-enabled sensor arrays requiring local power, ROV control networks and compact deepsea hybrid data/power distribution where traditional round connectors are too bulky. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100% hyperbaric testing.
