HYSF SFLPDC2F is a low-profile flat 2-pin female dummy plug with PU body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for protecting unused male 2-pin flat ports on high-current power systems, micro-ROVs, AUV thruster panels, LED lighting modules and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPDC2F is a dedicated female dummy plug that reliably seals exposed male 2-pin flat bulkhead connectors from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its streamlined black polyurethane body slides over SFLPBH2M ports, creating a complete pressure-tight mechanical barrier with no electrical connection.
Injection-molded from high-durometer UV-stabilized PU with embedded stainless steel retention clip and integrated tether loop. Double internal O-rings lock securely onto the host connector shoulder while the large grip enables easy hand-tightening even with thick gloves.
Essential for maintaining system integrity on high-power flat-panel thruster drives, LED floodlight systems, battery packs and compact payloads when ports are temporarily unmated. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating and 500-hour UV resistance.
