HYSF SFLPDC2M is a low-profile flat 2-pin male dummy plug with PU cap. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, dedicated for protecting unused female 2-pin flat ports on high-current power systems, micro-ROVs, AUV thruster panels, LED lighting modules and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPDC2M is a dedicated male dummy plug that fully seals and protects open female 2-pin flat receptacles in harsh subsea environments. Its streamlined black polyurethane cap slides over SFLPBH2F ports, creating a complete pressure-tight barrier with no electrical connection.
Molded from abrasion-resistant, UV-stabilized PU with integrated stainless steel tether eye and double internal O-rings. The large hex grip enables tool-free installation even with gloved hands, while the captive tether eye prevents loss during ROV operations.
Critical for safeguarding high-power flat-panel thruster drives, LED floodlight systems, battery packs and compact payloads from biofouling and debris. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa over-pressure validation and 2000-hour salt-spray resistance.
