HYSF SFLPDC3M is a low-profile flat 3-pin male dummy plug with PU cap. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, dedicated for protecting unused female 3-pin flat ports on power + RS485/RS232 systems, micro-ROVs, AUV control panels, pan-tilt units and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPDC3M is a dedicated male dummy plug that fully seals and protects open female 3-pin flat receptacles in harsh subsea environments. Its streamlined black polyurethane cap slides over SFLPBH3F ports, creating a complete pressure-tight barrier with no electrical connection.
Molded from abrasion-resistant, UV-stabilized PU with integrated stainless steel tether eye and triple internal O-rings. The large hex grip enables tool-free installation even with gloved hands, while the captive tether eye prevents loss during ROV operations.
Critical for safeguarding flat-panel power + data ports, deepsea control arrays and battery modules from biofouling and debris. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa over-pressure validation and 2000-hour salt-spray resistance.
