HYSF SFLPDC4M is a low-profile flat 4-pin male dummy plug with PU cap. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, dedicated for protecting unused female 4-pin flat ports on Gigabit Ethernet systems, micro-ROVs, AUV flat panels, PTZ cameras and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPDC4M is a dedicated male dummy plug that fully seals and protects open female 4-pin flat receptacles in harsh subsea environments. Its streamlined black polyurethane cap slides over SFLPBH4F ports, creating a complete pressure-tight barrier with no electrical connection.
Molded from abrasion-resistant, UV-stabilized PU with integrated stainless steel tether eye and triple internal O-rings. The large hex grip enables tool-free installation even with gloved hands, while the captive tether eye prevents loss during ROV operations.
Critical for safeguarding high-speed Gigabit Ethernet flat-panel systems, deep-rated camera arrays and battery modules from biofouling and debris. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa over-pressure validation and 2000-hour salt-spray resistance.
