HYSF SFLPDC9F is a low-profile flat 9-pin female dummy plug with PU body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for protecting unused male 9-pin flat ports on high-density Gigabit Ethernet + multi-power + multi-sensor systems, micro-ROVs, AUV flat panels and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPDC9F is a dedicated female dummy plug that reliably seals exposed male 9-pin flat bulkhead connectors from seawater intrusion, biofouling and mechanical damage. Its streamlined black polyurethane body slides over SFLPBH9M ports, creating a complete pressure-tight mechanical barrier with no electrical connection.
Injection-molded from high-durometer UV-stabilized PU with integrated stainless steel retention clip and tether loop. Triple internal O-rings ensure secure locking onto the host connector shoulder while the large grip enables easy hand-installation even with thick gloves.
Essential for maintaining system integrity on high-density flat-panel Gigabit Ethernet + multi-power + multi-sensor systems, deep-rated complex payloads and sensor suites when ports are temporarily unmated. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst rating and 500-hour UV resistance.
