HYSF SFLPDLS01 is a stainless steel flat fastening band designed for secure mounting of flat underwater connectors and cables in harsh subsea environments. Rated for full ocean depth (60 MPa), corrosion-resistant 316L construction, ideal for ROV umbilicals, AUV flat cable routing, seabed instrumentation and permanent deepsea installations up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPDLS01 flat fastening band provides a reliable, low-profile solution for securing flat-profile underwater connectors and hybrid flat cables to frames, pressure housings or structural elements. The Ø10 mm mounting hole and adjustable band design ensure tight, vibration-resistant fixation even in high-current or turbulent conditions.
Manufactured from marine-grade 316L stainless steel with smooth edges to prevent cable damage. Pre-formed loop accepts flat cables or connectors up to 20 mm width. Compatible with all HYSF flat series connectors and most third-party flat umbilicals.
Essential accessory for clean cable management on observation-class ROVs, seabed observatories, deep-rated sensor arrays and permanent subsea installations. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 2000-hour salt-spray resistance.
